In short: Krooti only lets people list cards and talk to each other. We sell nothing, we never receive or hold money, and we are not a party to any deal. Buyer and seller are responsible for what they agree, and Krooti is not liable for deals, cards or meetups.

1. Who we are

Krooti ("Krooti", "we") is a classifieds app for trading cards in the State of Kuwait. It lets users list Pokémon and One Piece cards and talk about them. By using the app or this website you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use Krooti.

2. No sales or payments in the app

  • Krooti does not sell anything and owns none of the cards listed in it.
  • No payment happens inside the app. Krooti never receives, holds or transfers money, and offers no escrow, payment intermediation or shipping.
  • Prices shown are the seller's asking price. Price history is a guide only, not a valuation or a guarantee of any card's worth.
  • Any agreement on price, payment or handover is made directly between buyer and seller, at their own risk.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be 18 or older and use the app from within Kuwait.
  • You are responsible for your account details and for everything done through your account. One account per person.
  • You can delete your account at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

4. Listings

The seller alone is responsible for a listing, and confirms that they own the card and may sell it, and that its description, photos, condition and price are accurate. You may not list:

  • counterfeit or unofficial cards, or present an unofficial copy as genuine;
  • stolen goods or anything that may not be sold under Kuwaiti law;
  • anything other than Pokémon and One Piece cards and their products;
  • misleading photos or descriptions, or abusive or off-topic content.

5. Deals between users

Deals happen directly between users. Meet somewhere public, check the card before you pay, and never send money before you receive the card. Any dispute about a deal is between the people in it. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, but we are not obliged to resolve disputes or compensate for them.

6. No liability

Krooti is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Krooti is not liable for:

  • the authenticity, condition, quality, grade or legality of any card;
  • prices, payments, handovers, or a deal that does not go through;
  • what users do, say or post, inside or outside the app;
  • any harm, loss or injury arising from a meetup between users;
  • outages, errors or lost data.

Because Krooti is free, it owes no compensation for any direct or indirect loss arising from its use, to the fullest extent the law allows. You agree to indemnify Krooti against any claim arising from your listings, your deals or your breach of these terms.

7. Conduct and reporting

Harassment, fraud, abuse and impersonation are not allowed. You can report any listing or user, and block any user, from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove any content or suspend any account that breaks these terms, without notice.

8. Ratings

Ratings are the opinion of the person who wrote them and must be about a real deal. We do not guarantee them, and we may remove misleading or abusive ratings.

9. Content and intellectual property

Your photos and text remain yours. You give Krooti a free licence to show them in the service for as long as your listing is up. Card names, card images and the "Pokémon" and "One Piece" marks belong to their owners and are shown only to identify cards. Krooti is not affiliated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo or Bandai.

10. Suspension and ending

You can stop using Krooti and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or change the service, or any account, at any time.

11. Changes

We may change these terms and will post the new version here with its date. Using Krooti after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

13. Language

These terms are published in Arabic and English. If the two differ, the Arabic text governs.
